Waiting Fees
Guests have up to 15 minutes to board the shuttle after the scheduled pick-up time. After the 15-minute pick-up window, a waiting fee of $75 per half hour will be charged. We understand that unscheduled and unexpected events happen on the course. It is imperative the group contacts the driver ahead of the scheduled pick-up time to inform of the delay and request a new pickup time. We supply the driver's contact information to the group's primary and secondary contacts.
