🎟 Booking & Payment

  • 50% deposit required for bookings made more than 15 days before the first service date.
  • Full payment due 15 days before service. For bookings made less than 15 days out, full payment is required at time of booking.
  • We accept e-transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and secure online payments via reservation email.
  • Note: Vernon Airport Shuttles must be paid in full at time of booking.

💳 Cancellation Policy (All Services)

Wine Tours, Weddings, Charters, Golf, Dinner, Bus for Hire:

  • 15+ days before: Full refund less $50 admin fee
  • 7–14 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

Airport, Ski, Intermountain & Hockey Shuttles:

  • 48+ hours before: Full refund less $50 admin fee
  • Less than 48 hours: No refund
  • If shuttle is already en route: $50 rebooking fee or cost of shuttle (whichever is less)

Postponements are free if requested at least 3 hours prior, subject to availability.

✈️ Flight Delays & Rebooking

  • Please notify us ASAP about flight delays or changes.
  • We’ll do our best to accommodate but rebooking is not guaranteed.
  • Changes over 1 hour may require a $50 rebooking fee.
  • All rebookings are subject to availability.

⌛ Waiting Time & Time Extensions

Time Extensions (Wine Tours, Weddings, Charters):

  • Available at the original hourly rate, pending vehicle and driver availability.
  • Must be approved by dispatch.

Waiting Time (Golf, Dinner, Hockey, Bus for Hire):

  • 15-minute grace period at pickup.
  • $75 per half hour thereafter.
  • Pickup time changes allowed up to 1 hour in advance with no charge.

🧼 Vehicle Damage, Spills & Cleaning

  • Spills, excessive mess, or vomiting: $250 cleaning fee minimum.
  • Damages to interiors or equipment billed at replacement cost.

🧒 Children, Pets & Accessibility

  • Children welcome on tours; legal drinking age in BC is 19+.
  • Guests must supply or request child seats in advance.
  • Service animals accepted. Pets may be permitted on private charters with prior approval.
  • Please inform us of any mobility needs—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

🍽️ Meals & Restaurant Bookings

  • Lunch is not included in tour pricing.
  • We’ll make reservations on your behalf where applicable.
  • Guests pay à la carte at the restaurant.
  • Please notify restaurants directly of allergies or dietary restrictions.

🚪 Pick-Up Procedure

  • Complimentary pick-up/drop-off is included.
  • Please be ready 10 minutes before pickup.
  • Your guide will meet you at your accommodation’s front entrance unless otherwise specified.

👃 Scent-Free Reminder
