Part Time to Full Time Scheduling Coordinator
Typically doubling revenues year over year since our launch in 2016, steady business development has created a new opportunity for a Scheduling Coordinator in our burgeoning business. Having absolutely exemplary individuals supporting our 15,000+ annual customers, 20+ tour guides, chauffeurs, and shuttle drivers, along with our sales and administration team is paramount to us.
Simon Sinek says, “Great companies don’t hire skilled people and motivate them, they hire motivated people and inspire them.”
We have our hearts set on becoming a “great company” like Simon refers to, consequently, we need, “great people” – motivated people. We have a goal to achieve similar performance indicators as Canada’s Best Managed Companies, to become a Top-Ranked Employer of the 1.3 million Canadian employers, and to build an uncommon company culture that focuses on the care and success of our 1) employee-partners, 2) customers, 3) vendors, and 4) neighbors – as a result, the required caliber of teammates is very high. Perhaps like you’d expect on an all-star team or Olympic team as opposed to a minor-league team.
Any exceptional enterprise depends first and foremost upon having self-managed and self-motivated people – the #1 ingredient for a culture of disciplined excellence. We believe that when you have disciplined people, you don’t need hierarchy. When you have disciplined thought, you don’t need bureaucracy. To be blunt, there’s no need for micromanaging when everyone has their act together. The right people here are productively neurotic, self-motivated, self-disciplined, and compulsively driven to do the best they can because it’s simply part of their DNA.
This is not the place for pitiful, timid, ineffectual, fainthearted, half-hearted, wishy-washy, time-wasting, lazy, cowards, or narcissists with an unwarranted sense of entitlement who are easily offended and unable to deal with opposing opinions. It’s okay if those are a person’s character traits – they’ll just want to avoid this place.
“This is no place for a confidence problem” Peter C. Tour guide & driver since March 2018
