What ski resorts do you offer transportation to?

We provide transportation to primarily Big White, SilverStar, Sun Peaks, Apex, Baldy, and Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Need a ride to another ski resort? Just ask — we’re happy to accommodate.

Can I book a one-way ski transfer, or do I need to book a round-trip?

We offer one-way, round-trip, and custom ski transfer services. Whether you’re heading up the mountain or coming home after a powder day, we’ll get you there safely and comfortably.

How much ski gear and luggage can we bring?

Our vehicles are equipped to handle skis, snowboards, boots, luggage, and more. Let us know your group size and gear in advance, and we’ll assign the right vehicle to fit everything safely. We also offer cargo trailers for additional luggage and convenience.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Private transfers pick up at the Kelowna International Airport (YLW) 60 minutes after the flight lands. The team will contact you if adjustments are required.

If you’re on a public shuttle, you will be moved to the next departure time. Please contact the Cheers office at 1-250-717-8452 if you anticipate missing your departure time.

Are pickup and drop-off times flexible?

Yes! Private ski transfers run on your schedule — whether that’s an early morning airport pickup or an après-ski evening drop-off. All timing is pending availability.

Do you offer ski transfers from Kelowna International Airport (YLW)?

Yes. We specialize in Kelowna airport ski transfers to all major resorts. We can also include stops for groceries, liquor, or rentals on the way.

How far in advance should I book private ski transportation?

We recommend booking early — especially during holiday weekends and peak ski season — to ensure availability and the best vehicle match for your group.

I need last minute transportation, can Cheers help?

Yes! We have moved dozens of groups when their travel plans were unexpectedly interrupted due to airport closures, storms, or injuries. Please contact the Cheers office at 1-250-717-8452. The team will be happy to assist you.

Are your vehicles safe for winter mountain roads?

Absolutely. Our fleet is winter-equipped and our professional drivers are experienced in mountain driving and snow conditions.

Can we make stops during the trip to the ski resort?

Yes. We’re happy to include stops for groceries, gear, or coffee along the way. Just let us know your needs when booking.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancellation Policy – Airport shuttles, Ski Shuttles (Public & Private, including Intermountain transfers).

An administration fee of $50 will be applied to all cancellations. Postponements do not have fees.

Guests cancelling more than 48 hours before their first date of service will receive a full refund, less an administration fee of $50.

Guests cancelling less than 48 hours before their first date of service will forfeit the booking total.

If alternate dates are available, we will make every effort to accommodate your reservation.

What group sizes can you accommodate for ski transport?

From solo travelers and couples to large families and corporate ski groups, we can accommodate 1–50+ guests. We’ll match you with the perfect vehicle from our fleet.
