Is there a restroom onboard the vehicle?

No, our vehicles do not include restrooms. If you need to man an unplanned stop, please inform the driver, and they will stop at the next available facility.

Do you accommodate mobility aids and wheelchairs?

Yes, we provide accommodation for guests with mobility aids and wheelchairs. If you are travelling with a guest who needs additional accommodations, please inform the team when making an inquiry or booking. If booking online, please note the number of guests requiring accommodation and the nature of their mobility aid or wheelchair in the “Additional Notes” section of the booking page.

I need to cancel or change my booking. What are my options?

The team at Cheers is flexible and understanding. Pending availability, we are happy to modify or move your service to a time that better suits your needs.

How much luggage/cargo can we bring with us?

The majority of our fleet is equipped to pull a cargo trailer. We’ve successfully accommodated a hockey team with luggage and sports equipment. Please let the team know how much luggage you anticipate bringing when booking.

What if we need to make changes to the service once it’s commenced?

We understand that plans can change on the go. If you need to make a change, please inform the driver. If the change is significant, the driver will contact the office to update them and gain approval to make the change. There may be additional charges if the change requires the service to go beyond the agreed time allotment. The logistics team will inform you of any additional charges so you’re up to date.
